1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of TourismWays (website, mobile apps, or concierge services), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and supplier-specific fare rules.

2. Role as Travel Facilitator

TourismWays acts as an authorized travel booking facilitator and concierge intermediary connecting travelers with verified airlines, railway authorities (IRCTC), hotel operators, cruise lines, and ground transportation partners.

3. User Responsibilities & Identity Accuracy

Travelers are strictly responsible for ensuring that all passenger names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and visa clearances match government-issued identity documents exactly.

4. Payments, Taxes & Pricing

All rates displayed are subject to real-time supplier availability until booking confirmation. TourismWays collects statutory government taxes (GST) and delivers verified tax invoices for all completed transactions.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
